William "Willy" Lionel Combs

William Lionel "Willy" Combs, 49, of Astoria, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, in Astoria

He was born Aug. 12, 1961, in Portland, to Jack William Combs Sr. and Delores Huntsucker. His mother survives, residing in Milwaukie. His father preceded him in death.

Mr. Combs was raised in Jewell, and was a high school graduate.

Family members said he enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his best friend.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by three sisters, Leslie Ortiz of Longview, Wash., Susan McCarthy of Warrenton and Dawn Bohlmann of Milwaukie; four brothers, Jack Combs Jr. of Portland, Steve Lee of Milwaukie, Rick Bohlman of Clackamas and Bobby Jim Lee; a niece, Alisha Long of Longview; a nephew, Anthony Wilson of Longview; and numerous other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Marie Lee.

A memorial will be announced at a later date.
