Heidi Lopez

Heidi Lopez passed away in Longview, Wash., on Feb. 27, 2015.

Heidi was born on Dec. 6, 1970, to Art and Bev (Makela) Hippensteel in Astoria. She attended Astoria High School.

She married Agustin Lopez Perez on Oct. 24, 1997. They later divorced.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Heather Tadei; a brother, Mark Hippensteel; three daughters, Lacey Hippensteel Brown of Portland, Jessica Lopez of Astoria, and Chelsea Brown of Damascus; a grandson, Aiden Bailey of Damascus; and several nieces and nephews. Brothers Arthur Hippensteel and Tom Hippensteel were deceased earlier.

She loved doing artwork, writing poems and spending time with her children.

At the family’s request, no service will be held.
